Product Development

At NCL, we believe in experimentation and exploration of new dimensions. Our product development team carries out extensive research to keep updated on new market trends and to stay one step ahead of the competition. We constantly work hard to translate our novel and creative ideas into attractive products.

Usage of Special Fibers The flexibility in our product range allows us to use various types of fibers. Some of the fancy yarns we use include blends of Cool Max® , T-400™, Modal , Tencel, Bamboo, Soyabean Fiber, Milk Fiber and Amicor.

Innovation in Fabric Construction Our innovations in fabric construction have resulted into several noteworthy products. High thread count sheeting fabrics of unmatched quality have been produced with 800 and 1000 thread count using single ply yarn of Ne 150. Fabrics have been made with upto 6 pick insertions with both single and double yarns. Some other products which have been developed include the self-quilting fabric made through a special weaving technique. Some fancy dobby fabrics with intricate designs have also been manufactured using 12-14 frames.
