follow up with departments like Processing, Stitching, Export & Purchase for orders, approvals, developments, trims’ availability etc
• Provide support to Manager Marketing for costing related issues as and when required.
• Communicate directly with customers related to the order execution matters, approvals & Shipments as well as quality. This includes everything related to the execution of order.
• Update customers on the status of their shipments and on the process developments.
• Develop TNA (Time in action Sheet) for new orders and share with the customers.
• Maintain order related customer files as per the QA standards.
• Coordinate with customers for essential documents from time to time.
• Prepare/Review stitching planning status within stated timelines.
• Prepare/Review File based on the ship date and # of process days.
• Review Team’s performance related to order execution and provide timely feedback.
