Job Description
  • Ensuring that the right mix of films is screened at each of our cinemas based on local preferences.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with film distribution companies.
  • Working with the management team to determine movie show times to optimally meet customer demand.
  • Corporate Sales: To identify clients and customers who want to use our cinemas and technology to host specific company conferences/events or personal events.
  • Developing On-Screen advertising as a major stream of revenues for the company.
  • Selling On and Off-screen advertising inventory of Universal Cinemas.
  • Exploring business opportunities and developing business with corporate and institutional advertisers. 
  • Driving media sales revenue targets.

Desired Skills:

  • Possesses a broad understanding of advertising, media and marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Complete responsibility for ideation, design, planning and marketing of new cinema brands such as our Loyalty Club, Gold Cinema etc.
  • The job is to be involved in all traditional areas of marketing from customer research and analysis through to promotions and advertising.
  • Managing the loyalty program of Universal Cinemas to deliver continuous customer engagement and deliver revenue targets.
  • Working to create opportunities to screen live events such as sports events, concerts and theatrical productions.
  • Develop and oversee social media strategy for Universal Cinemas as well as generate content for the Universal Cinemas website.
  • Developing and attracting customers to alternative sales channels such as mobile & web ticketing
